This month, I wanted to take a moment to highlight our new partnership with Hands on Peru!
Hands on Peru is a nonprofit organization founded in 2013 to address inequities in healthcare access for rural Peruvians. It has expanded to host many community programs, including one for child development, which aims to improve socioeconomic development and academic performance for children from low-income communities.
Service Beakers commends the work of Hands on Peru, and we are excited to partner with them! We have committed to making Peru our fourth targeted pipeline for our laptop grant program. We have already made our first donation to Hands on Peru in early September—24 laptops and two monitors will be arriving shortly, improving access to education!
We welcome support for our four targeted pipelines—the Triangle, Greenville (NC), Honduras, or Peru—through a financial or laptop donation!
