Hi everyone! This is Joey from the Service Beakers staff.
In this post, I want to recap what’s new with Service Beakers over the past three months!
At Service Beakers, we believe in supporting students throughout their entire academic journey from start to finish. In December, after listening to the needs of local high schools, we began laying the groundwork for our new college and scholarship support initiative. In this program, our dedicated volunteers—with prior success in the college application process—will provide their expertise to high school students in schools across North Carolina, mentoring in areas from academic planning to essays and interview preparation. We aim to ensure that all students are given an equal opportunity to maximize their success in higher education, regardless of background.
We are currently in the process of sponsoring individual schools to best implement this college and scholarship support program.
